12 days grapefruit diet plan

The diet plan was first introduced in the 1930 by Kelly D. Brownell, PhD. It was designed to jumpstart a weight loss program so that dieters can lose large amount of weight in a short period. Today, many versions of Grapefruit Diet are available but the idea behind every plan is the same that is you eat half a grapefruit before every meal, to enjoy the benefits of the fat-burning enzymes. With the help of Grapefruit Diet Plan, it is possible to lose up to 10 pounds in 12 days but the best thing about this diet is that it is achieved without any starvation and you will be enjoying normal meals at normal times.

Grapefruit contains enzymes that speed up the way our body burns fat, resulting in quick and easy weight loss.

Grapefruit diet causes quick weight loss, primarily due to loss of  fluids in our body. Keep in mind that the grapefruit diet is not going to make you a slim and trim fellow, it will only help you to jumpstart your weight loss. During rest your body burns very few calories. So the dinner should be at least two hours before the bedtime. There should be no eating just before going to the bed otherwise your body will not burn the calories gained from the late night dinner. That will result in weight gain.
