It is rich in Vitamin C and is used widely in the Ayurvedic medicine. It enhances the absorption of food, fortifies the liver, balances the stomach acids, strengthens the lungs, enhances fertility, promotes healthier hair, flushes out the toxins and strengthens the eyes, acts as an antioxidant and improves the muscle tone.
